Detailed Itinerary

Day 1

Your first day is to relax! Step off the plane, grab your bags and make a quick jaunt to Meliá Cariari. Situated on 134 acres of lavishly landscaped grounds, 10 minutes from the International Airport, Meliá Cariari has a reputation as being one of San José's premier resorts, offering the tradition of true Costa Rican hospitality. This is truly a wonderful Costa Rica golf resort as well, and if golf is your bag, consider staying an extra day for fun before the house hunt begins!

There are a number of adventures that you can take in San José - rafting, canopy tours - come see all the fun Costa Rica has to offer!

Day 2-3

The board a quick shuttle plane to the Northern Pacific coast and Tamarindo, a small beach community experiencing rapid growth due to its recent popularity as a surfing and watersport destination.

There you will stay at the Tamarindo Diria, a luxury hotel located right on the beach. Ideal for couples and families, and will all the amenities including pool, restaurant, and bar. Enjoy the breakfast buffet, and get ready for some house hunting!

One of our real estate experts will meet you at the hotel and drive you to available luxury homes cropping up in the area.

Day 4-5

Your Pacific North leg is over... fly back to San José from Tamarindo and grab your rental car! Time for a short two-hour drive to famous Jaco/Hermosa on the Central Pacific coast.

You'll stay at the Club del Mar, a cozy little hotel just steps from the beach and award winning service.

Jaco was popularized by surfing (being the closest to San Jose by car.) The once small surf destination has quickly become one of the best selling real estate destinations due to very well priced homes and lots with surfing right out the front door. It's considered *the* vacation destination in Costa Rica and is the most known by far, with a large infrastructure including banks, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies.

Day 6-7
